I think I have it now. It’s Mark-Paul Gosselaar, better known as Zack Morris, accomplished screen actor whose many credits include: Saved by the Bell, Saved by the Bell: The College Years, Saved by the Bell: Hawaiian Style, Saved by the Bell: Wedding in Las Vegas, and an unforgettable cameo appearance in Saved by the Bell: The New Class. That’s totally him. This time I KNOW I’m right.
