Short for “incomplete.”
Unfortunately I am nowhere near my scale today. Therefore, my updated will be incomplete.
However, I can update a little bit of it.
Eating: I had WAY too much protein this week. Over the weekend I had in-n-out three times, but I also had bbq steak three out of four nights. The great part, it tasted great, the bad part, In-N-Out also had a lot of carbs included.
Exercise: I worked out 6 times biking this week for a total of 42 miles.
My guess is that the overall weight stayed the same (or added a pound) and I NEED to work on cutting the carbs, I would guess that I was well over 100% of normal.
