One of the students on the trips this week is a young adult named Joy.  I have known Joy for the last few years, she has such a gentle spirit.  You can read her entire story here, but here was a quote that stood out to me as she has come to some realizations after sharing Jesus with a new friend in Lakehead, CA:

It’s changed me forever. I can’t imagine going back to Seattle and ignoring souls i see every day walking by. I can’t imagine not sharing a friendly smile or a hi that could start a conversation that might change someone’s life.

May we all be “changed forever” and live that change out in our own offices, schools, campus, clubs, etc.
